SB-DS-320C & 330C surface mount, mechanical door seals are designed to block sound that would otherwise migrate through the gap below a door.

SB-DS door seals are consist of a durable, extruded aluminum housing that houses a spring loaded mechanism and rubber seal.

As the door is closed, a pin on one end of the seal contacts a plate on the door jamb and causes the spring loaded mechanism to drop down from the housing and create a tight seal against the floor.

SB-DS door seals work well with wood, ceramic tile, concrete or any flooring surface other than carpet.

SB-DS-370A professional mortised, mechanical door seals are designed to block sound that would otherwise migrate through the gap below a door.

The 370A mechanical door seals are designed to be flushed directly into the bottom of the door. When the door is open, the seals are retracted into the aluminum housing and suspended completely out of sight.
